Please note that all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for the following:

  1. Good(s) received differs from invoice; i.e. incorrect item.
  2. Damaged, defective or faulty good(s) due to manufacturing issue.
  3. Notify us within 5 days upon receiving the goods.

Refunds | For return/exchange due to receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Toh Aquarium will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before approving the return or exchange.

Toh Aquarium’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

Please check your purchase(s) carefully upon checkout as we are unable to make changes once your order is logged in. It will automatically be processed by our fulfilment team.

All items must be returned in its original condition, new and unused in its original packaging.

 

Return/Exchange requests can be made only if they satisfy the conditions listed above. In order to make a Return/Exchange request, please email us at enquiries@tohaquarium.com with:

1. Your order details
2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

We will get back to you within the next two working days.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Processing time is approximately 14 business days.
